  • Michael Sturtz

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Michael Sturtz is an internationally acclaimed innovator, designer, educator, and artist. From his early years rebuilding cars and dissecting road-kill with his father, a surgeon, he has always been fascinated with the elegant intricacies of how things work. His ability to approach creative challenges with tenacity and innovation has made him a leader in the worldwide Maker movement and a champion for cross-disciplinary collaboration. Michael continues to be an in-demand speaker, educator, and creative provocateur, igniting revolutions in thought, organizational development, and creative empowerment across the globe.

  • Sara Yoshi

    CO-FOUNDER & ENVISIONARY

    Yoshi is an entrepreneurial explorer, interdisciplinary creative and RegenIntel fellow. Her diverse range of skills has enabled her to excel in a wide variety of roles, including founding several businesses, across numerous sectors. The confluence point of creativity, community and elevating humanity’s transition to becoming a planet positive species is the stage of her opus.

    With 12+ years of experience in producing festivals and events, she co-founded the Bali Ecstatic Dance Festival and Suara Festival's debut event. In 2020, she became a core team member of the Nuanu project, focusing on communications, community building, creative design, and experiential design during their start-up phase.

  • Perry Pierce

    EVENT & CONFERENCE DIRECTOR

    Perry has extensive experience structuring and programming events around the world both for large-scale experiences and smaller, locally-focused organizations. She believes in optimizing the "think global, act local" attitude and integrating psychological and behavioral sciences to activate audiences in authentic, organic, and unexpected ways. Perry is an avid roller skater who brought the industry to Bali teaching more than 3,500 people to skate since 2020. She is committed to the expansion of roller skating as it gives sponsorship and employment opportunities to Indonesians in the industry as well as relating to tourism and events.
